Returns Policy

We have a 7-day returns policy, meaning you have up to 7 days after receiving your items to request a return.

Items must be new, unopened and in original re-saleable condition to be eligible for a refund, minus a 20% restocking fee and any associated shipping costs for the return. Overdrive Car Audio will cover the cost of return freight where the return is a result of our error (eg, incorrect item received).

The restocking fee may be waived where the return is due to defective item(s) or at our discretion, but please contact us first so that we can solve the issue in the best way possible!

To return an item, please contact us via phone, email or in person at our store.

Once we receive the item back, it generally takes 3-5 business days to process the return and issue any refund.

Refunds will be paid back via the same method used for the original purchase. Please note that banks may take a few days to process and release those funds.

Shipping Policy

We offer a flat rate $15 freight fee per order to most metro locations in Australia. Some large/bulky items may incur an additional charge, which will be notified during the checkout process.

Some far remote locations may have additional freight costs, which will be advised within 1 business day of placing your order; at which time you can elect to accept the additional cost or cancel your order for a full refund.

Orders are typically processed and shipped out within 2 business days. Shipping times do vary, but typically 3-4 business days to major cities and up to 10 days for regional locations.

If your items have been damaged in transit, these need to be notified within 24 hours after the item(s) have been delivered. Unfortunately we aren’t able to put through an insurance claim if we have not been notified within 24 hours of a damaged item being delivered.

We do not ship to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers with our standard shipping rates due to insurance reasons. If you need to ship to a PO Box or Parcel Locker, additional freight charges may apply.

We only ship to Australia at this point in time.
