OUR STORY
For almost 30 years, we've been obsessed with car audio and all things automotive. From reading Car Audio Australia magazines and building our first sound systems to working in the industry during its heyday (90s-2000s), our passion has never waned.
In 2017, our two founders turned this hobby into a business with Auto One Castle Hill. We quickly saw the demand for professional car audio and accessory installations and seized the opportunity. Over the years, we've continuously learned, trained with industry pros, and built our expertise.
Now, we're proud to launch Overdrive Car Audio, a dedicated specialist car audio business.

Yes we certainly do! We work on just about everything – classics, euro, modern, JDM, 4WD, marine, caravans, motorhomes and trailers.

Yes, you can do any of the above! We like to pride ourselves on personalised service, and allowing the customer to talk directly with the person working on their car to ensure they get the results they are looking for.

We are open 7 days a week. However to speak to one of our Car Audio specialists, it’s best to make a phone call or email to book in a free no-obligation appointment, so we can ensure one of our specialists is there to talk about your audio upgrade plans.

Yes, we do Carplay / Android Auto upgrades all the time! This is probably one of the most common jobs that we do in our workshop, and we specialise in integrating with modern vehicles to add carplay.

We do have some limited sound boards on display, but ultimately we believe that sound boards do not accurately represent how speakers sound when properly installed in a vehicle. What we prefer is to discuss your musical preferences, and then audition speakers from our selection of demonstration vehicles, where we have a selection of different speakers & brands that we can audition for you in a true cabin acoustic environment.
